Introduction

It consultancy and repairs issues this Privacy Policy to describe how information is treated when you use the Top Party mobile application (the “Service”). If you continue with the Service after reading this document, you are agreeing to the practices set out below. If those practices are not acceptable to you, please stop using the Service.

Information Collection and Use

To operate the Service we may request personal details, such as an email address, along with information that describes your device. Material of that kind is retained by us and is applied only for the purposes this Policy permits.

• records of how the Service is used, and reports created if the Service ends unexpectedly

The Service is not directed to anyone under 13, or under 16 where the law that applies sets that higher age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it and take any other step that is appropriate.

Security

We care about keeping information safe and we apply physical, technical, and organizational measures for that purpose. No method of sending or storing information is free of risk, and we cannot promise absolute security.

International Transfers

Information may be sent to and stored in places outside the state or country where you live. By continuing to use the Service, you accept those transfers where reasonable protections are in place.
